How do I contact support?
Can I export my data?
Yes, you can easily export your medication consumption data from the PillPall app on your phone as a CSV file. This allows you to share it with your health-care provider straight from your device. Your data remains resident on your Apple device/account unless you choose to share it. You have the ability to delete the data from within the app, or just delete and re-install the app for a clean start. Data in the medication history deletes automatically as it reaches 90 days.
